BLACK PEARL
With naval architecture by Tripp Design, Baltic Yachts in Finland built this 23m lifting keel sloop. Designed as a high-performance yacht, Black Pearl is built entirely from carbon-fibre.
The interior was developed hand in hand with the exterior; the coach roof windows finish flush with the deck to reveal an uninterrupted teak surface that flows seamlessly from exterior to interior. The overriding interior concept was of geometry, simplicity and calm. Birch was carefully chosen for the furniture for its modern feel, and contrasts beautifully with the rich oiled teak floor.
