PUMULA
Pumula combines the atmosphere of a relaxed beach house with enough styling cues of a traditional paneled interior to still sit comfortably with her traditional exterior. The atmosphere is that of a place of family life; secure and reassuring with a touch of nostalgia.
The smoked oak interior was treated to appear polished with use over time, to have a gentle warmth without being precious. Leatherbound bedside tables, inspired by steamer trunks from the golden age of cruise liners were combined with antique pewter worktops and hand painted surfaces.
The resulting feeling of ease that this yacht exudes belies the rigorous design work that underpins her. With a waterline of only 88ft and a very fine performance hull and low board, she is an understated masterpiece in engineering.
